The living room is giving me fit's but it's coming along. It still needs a lot of trim work. The floor was a paper floor that keeps lifting. I'm debating what would be better, pulling it out and starting from scratch or really gluing it down then adding a coat of epoxy for a strong finish. I'm leaning towards pulling it out but then it's going to have to wait for a bit till I can fit it in the budget. If I went this rout I would pull out all the old re-sand it then put in real wood floors. Decisions decisions..
Int he back corner is a doll I tried to make out of clay, and also a couch made from cardboard and corduroy.
The lifting floor
You can kinda see the fire place attempt. It's made out of cardboard and paper clay. I will remake another more to size at some point.
This is the view heading towards the kitchen.
I still need to figure out how to hide all the gaps. There were little squares of trim behind the original walls. The original walls I should add we built out away from the wood walls of the doll house. It made the walls hallow if that makes sense? But any who, when I pulled it all out it left some odd spots that I couldn't get out and some ruff areas that are going to have to be hidden.
