Lol this is the second card in one day that I made with this image!

I was kicking myself last night after I realized in my rush to get the first

card done for a friend of ours for her birthday I forgot to take pic's of it!

Argggggg!! So I sat up late last night and made another. And of course it's completely different from the first. Lol I seriously considered calling and asking for the card back hee hee! Just for a few pic's!

Oh well this one turned out just as cute using non-traditional colors.

At first she looked like a John deer baby but I had to change that with the background colors. The white border is an SVG file cut on the cricut. I really need to use that thing more often!

I hope you all are having a better day weather wise! I keep hoping to get things warmed up for more than a day or two so I can get the chickens outside!

I never dreamed in a million years how dusty and dirty these little cuties can be.

I swear I can write my name on everything around them on a daily basis. I have gone through three bottles of dusting spray and two vacuum bags just trying to keep up!YUCK!!!

I think maybe they are getting even with me for all the vacuuming around their pen and all the second hand fumes of cleaners and sterilizers. I'm surprised I haven't killed them yet!

Here are two of them wondering if my camera is another treat for them. Lol. All they do is eat!! Every time I walk by if I happen to pause and look in on them they all come running to see if I have a treat. It's to funny and the poor things are going to end up really fat because when they come running I always feel guilty if I don't have a treat. Lol So of course I find them one.

So far their favorite foods are spaghetti noodles and meal worms.

Yep thats enough to gag a maggot!

I'm not sure what is going on with my camera! My pic's aren't coming out sharp and it's starting to drive me crazy!

Almost finished!!

This has been a long and drawn out process. I am sooooooo tired! After the kids went to a friends house I spent the afternoon doing clean up. I moved all the left over lumber, and cleaned up all the building supplies. Tied off any loose ends on the wire and added a few details here and there like the tarp cover awning thing.

The chickens seem to like it. I have hauled them out everyday while it's warm and then brought them back in after it cooled off in the evenings.

Brianna and I put some corn on each of the ladder steps and after awhile the chickens learned that there was an upstairs today. Hallelujah! Of course when I took the pictures on the inside of the coop I realized that one was lying on it's side acting all funny. All I could think was oh dang one had fallen off the ladder and broke a leg. Turned out she was enjoying a dirt bath! 

Hubby got into the groove and got out the mower and weed whacker!

Whoop Whoop!

The little stick under the ladder was covered in ants.  YUCK! So, I fed them to the birds. Hee Hee. They thought that was great!

Here is the view of the lower half from the back door. The one laying down is the one I thought had injured it's self. That one is Tiffany's chicken. Her name is Charlie.

The other brown one is mine. Can't tell very well from the pic but she has greenish grayish feet. I think I'm gonna name her greenly.

From this pic I can't tell who's is who's. Though to tell you the truth I usually can't anyway. The smallest yellow brown one is Alicia's I believe at this point her name is Cordon blue.. Hmmm.

Then the other little yellow brown one would be Uncle Ben's. He named it Bebe. At least I think thats what the kids said.

The last two white ones are Brianna's and Tims. Only Bri knows which one is which. Hers is named Cory and Tim has yet to name his.

From the drive way. This pic turned out a bit dark. It's seven thirty at night so getting a bit dim.

Walking up the hill helped a bit :)

As you can see we live out in the country. It's a nice two acre lot.  This clearing was dug out by hubby to make a yard. Then we brought in sod. Removing a mountain for a yard was a job! But well worth it in the end!

Hope you enjoyed my update. Not much left to do in the means of finishing. Just a bit of painting and moving that big old ladder. I still need to add some more fencing around the chicken wire to reinforce against predators. We have plenty out here.

Mo's got a New One!!

I'm not sure I like this layout. Grr. The colors are a bit to strong to make the image pop. I do love the fuzzy towel! Makes me want mine!

And I think Mo must have us all in mind because this is what I have been doing every morning to no avail. Why does it have to be so hard!

I found this awesome Pilate's machine that I have been using all the time (LOVE IT)

but good grief when you work out it seems to make you fatter!

I'm under attack!

This Robbin is attacking my craft room window! What the heck! He has been at it for hours!

And he is making a mess! I don't even want to know what he/She is smearing on the windows I cleaned a few days ago. Grrr.

It was funny at first but getting a little annoying now. I've been out to chase it off a few times and it just comes back. There's nothing like enjoying the peace of the craft room in the morning and having the window banged on hundreds of times.

Any clue what wrong with this bird? 
  
 New note: upon closer examination I think he is putting blood on the window! It's light brown with red tinges. Um what the heck???

A Spring Mo card

Here is a fun yet simple spring card using of course what else a Mo's digi!

This is an older Digi that she produced last year but gosh so stinken cute!

Heck I've had it for so long I'm not even sure if I've colored it before!
 

In other words..

Have you ever tried coupons? I haven't been much into them as we really don't get allot around here coupon wise that we need.

Recently my BIL read an add in the local paper about a site called the Krazy coupon lady . After he went home I decided to check out the site and low and behold they do all the work for me. Tell me where to get the coupons and where to go to find the best deals.

Yesterday was my first attempt. I collected cut and searched out specific coupons like a Krazy lady then went to town.

I won  20+coupons of 4$ off 1 body wash on ebay for just over 1.00. So in my newness I wasn't about to go to one store and try to buy 20 bottles of body wash.. People might get the wrong idea... so, I went to four. Yep about that wrong idea.

At first I couldn't believe how easy this was. I started at Albertsons. With those coupons and some others, I walked out of the store with 4 bottles of Nevea body wash for women, 4 for guys, 2 deodorants, two lotions and 2 razor packs with about 8 dollars out of pocket. I even handed off some of my killer coupons to a lady there trying to buy some other bar soap.. NU UHH!!!! I was all for sharing the wealth. She was thrilled and got her daughter some too :)

Giddy with excitement and disbelief, I headed to Walgreen's with the same batch of coupons and holy smoke theirs was on sale!!!! I walked out with the same of everything with only 4$ expense. Umm I had to have some candy at the register to celebrate...

Then still bouncing up and down squealing like a kid at Christmas or worse... I thought well heck we have another Walgreen's on the other side of town! So I pack Bri and my treasures in the van and we hit the other Walgreen's .. yep you guessed it. The same thing.

Still having a few of the sets of coupons I went to fred meyer, thinking wow, I really am going over board I really should stop... then I looked at the body wash isle and do you know what they had hanging there? Little orange 2$ off coupons on the nivia. Disbelieve and getting giddy again I grabbed some and ran to the service desk (Yes RAN) and excitedly showed her my coupons and said can I combine these? She said yes and asked if I wanted her to ring me out.. stuttering I said I'd be back, had to get more...

I walked out of fred meyer with a free load of treasure. I have never had so much fun! Especially when the couple behind me were wondering why I had so much and then one muttered she must be one of those krazy coupon people. Big Grins! I had made my first successful coupon trip.

The first thing I did was stop at my Grandma's house waving my receipts around grinning ear to ear saying "look what I did! Do you want some body wash!" Hee Hee I think she thinks I'm nuts!

I've since donated soap and what not to my sister and a few friends. Will I go this over board in the future? Hopefully not but it was the best shopping high I have ever been on! And for one who loves to shop can we just say BLISS! I brought so much home and spent very little. Hubby was so thrilled!

Here is whats left after stocking our three bathrooms and friends and family..

Um we will not need to by soap stuff for at least a year!!!

I'm starting to wonder if mine isn't a roo. It acts a lot different from the other ones.

Always watching me and coming right up to say hi while the others just swarm for food. Also this little one has greenish grayish feet.. Hmmm.

 The others all have pink feet.

I can't believe how fast they grow!!!
