Addicted to rubber

Oh man oh man oh man! I am totally craving blueberries! We had some of the best out east while visiting with family. Just melt in your mouth!

I wonder if they have indoor tree/bushes that will sprout them... Hmm have to look up what in the world a blueberries grows on! Tee Hee.

Here is one of Mo's newest digi's that is going to kill me. I have not stopped thinking about the berries since I've started it.It's almost bad enough to wake the kids for the store. Lol. Guess where I will be going in the AM!

Fire in the gap

It's that time of year again here in southeastern Idaho when lightning strikes are the cause for a lot of worry. Though we have fires every year I can't help but get worried when they are close to home. We had a strike just a few days ago hit a house just down the street. The fire department is was awesome and responded fast before it could get out of control.

This pic was taken of of our front deck, you can see the sky is all shades of red and the smoke pilfering through.  

Painting it up!

 I dug out the inks tonight. Lol Not sure if that was the smart thing to do... I just took a set of gel nails of and was planning on redoing them and I stained up my fingers. Oops.

Oh well I love how this card turned out. The pic's make it look like the dark color is dark brown. It's actually black. But I like the look of the brown now so I guess I'll be doin one like that too :)

The background flourish and the butterfly are both from stampin up as well as all the inks as well. OK I lied the black ink is  Versa fine... Lol.

Well of to bed for the night.

When I watch my 14 year old twins around the boys, Alicia is the one to be giggly and giddy. Tiffany on the other hand is sarcastic and puts the boys to work. She had one up here painting the chicken coop, then when it was time for fire wood hunting she had no problem getting one to come and help with that. She has an attitude that makes the boys work for her attention....

Is it Halloween yet?

Our Twins birthday is on Halloween so I do tend to get an early start!

I can't believe they are going to be 15!!

I am feeling sooooo OLD!

This was an odd shaped image. At first I tried to cut it in an oval, but that didn't look right so I fussy cut and layered it on top of a new layer.

I guess it worked out ok?

Lol.

The image is a Impression Obsession. It is stamped then heat embossed to give it that little bit of kick.

So I did a spin off of

And what better digi to do that with than Mo's fantastic

I've simply colored him in with copics then popped him onto a sponged background. This may have been one of my easiest cards.Can't wait to see what you all think about it :)

Just stampin around

It's been awhile since I inked up some rubber. I pulled down one of my old Northwoods stamp and heat embossed out an image then went to town. I really love doing scenes involving flowers and nature in general. I need to do some more of these to help me get back into card mode.
